By using Pickled Tink Studio ("Service"), each user of the Service ("User") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: This agreement entitles the User access to the Service for reference purposes only.

 

User acknowledges and agrees that it shall acquire no right, title or interest under applicable copyright and related laws in the databases and materials contained therein used to provide the Service. T

 

he User agrees to use the Service for legitimate commercial purposes. Pickled Tink Studio reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to any User. Pickled Tink Studio reserves the right to change prices, add or delete services, and change the characteristics of each service at any time and without notice.

 

The User agrees to prepay for the Service by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or Paypal, or by using a gift certificate. The User's account will be debited after a purchase it made. In the event that payment is denied by a User's credit card issuer for any reason, the User shall immediately pay Pickled Tink by contacting them at Ebaker39@gmail.com.

 

The User agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pickled Tink and all Third Parties from and against any and all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind and description arising from or in any way related to use of information by User (or any third party receiving such information from or through User) furnished by or through Pickled Tink.

 

Provisions related to the disclaimer of warranties, use of information and data, payment for Service, terms, and indemnification shall survive any termination of this Agreement or of the User's Pickled Tink Studio account.
